Daily Mail

‘A perfectly proportioned limestone mill comes into view across the River Nene. Swans prance on the water’s edge near a willow tree. It’s all terribly quaint.’

The Times- the cool hotel guide

‘The reception at Oundle Mill, a cute two-bedroom restaurant on the edge of the charming market town of Oundle, was one to remember. As we checked in on a sunny Thursday afternoon, we could see the River Nene rushing and swirling below us through a floor made of reinforced glass. Red lights illuminated the flow as it bubbled by, making us feel as though we were above a fiery passage leading to a fiery passage leading to a strange, devilish underworld- hidden away in northeast Northamptonshire.’

Harper’s Bazaar

‘Idyllically positioned on the waterside, looking out over bobbing boats and breezy reeds, Oundle Mill wears its 300-year history with stylish modern accessories - Missoni bathrobes and Bose sound systems sit beneath aged oak beams and plush velvet furnishings complement exposed stone walls and original mill machinery.’

Stamford Living Magazine

‘If you were to choose your local dining out experience by the location then there is no doubt that Oundle Mill, alongside the banks of the River Nene, would be high on the list.’
